Czech photographer, Václav Chochola was born in Prague, 1923. His earliest work in photography was in portraiture and the avant-garde theater, two areas he would return to time and again. He freelanced for long periods, with a speciality in sports photography. Issued as the 10th volume in the series Umelecká Fotografie.
