Beginning in 1930, the issues incorporated part of the following year; i.e.: 1930 - 31, 1931 - 32, and switched back to a single full year in 1955. The wrappers on the 1927 issue are chipped and repaired: 1948 - 49 issue damp wrinkled on lower margin. Moderate soiling to the wrappers, with the spine ends on a few showing short tears.
